Our first Social Network, "MyCommunity" ships and is followed up by our first public site, "NetPlaya" A community, for Burning Man enthusiasts, which was used worldwide for more than three years before acquisition.
2002: Print magazines generate valid blogworking editorial
NetModular gained notoriety by creating the first channel partner, on-demand "create-you-own" Social Network service in February of 2002. These innovations were key in helping the advertising agencies create their own sites and provide cutting edge graphic design for each of many clients as needed.
2003: Mainstream interest in Social Networking and Blogging take off
Business 2.0 recognizes social networking as technology of the year, The AlwaysOn Network taps NetModular to identify and add social networking features to their popular community weblog magazine targeted toward powerful entrepreneurs and executives.
2004: Blogworking generates valid print magazine editorial
NetModular Blogworking communities were the first to produce a valid printed counterpart, made from high-value article contributions submitted by community members.
The AlwaysOn Network transitions from tradional group weblogs and becomes The "World's First True Commercial Blogworking Magazine"
2005: Social Software, The Multi-billion Dollar Industry
Publishing startups and giants alike are turning to Social Software, building some of the largest and most visited websites in the world like News Corp's hugely popular social site called myspace.com, or value-driven Alumni networks such as Facebook.
Over the years, NetModular has attracted top social software experts, who have brought unique and valuable insights into socialization, and rich media publishing online.
2006: The year of Video
2006 was the year NetModular added "automagic" Video Podcasting engine to offer simple to use video blogs. Users began to upload video from cell phones and smart phones without even using a computer!
The NetModular Video Engine translates just about any open video format and creates a high-resolution version for the Podcast, and it also creates a web page version at the same time.
2007: The Year of the Widget
The power of the Social Graph is unleashed with a torrent of creativity from a vast, collective community of Widget programmers.

2008: The Year of the Mobile Device
